Announcing the re-launch of the PoliTraQ Blog, as well as an update on what we've been up to over the past few months.
Hello all!
After a lengthy (and unplanned) hiatus, we're thrilled to announce the return of the PoliTraQ Blog!
Over the coming weeks and months, we'll begin rolling out regularly-scheduled content - covering events and topics of interest from the world of Canadian Politics and public affairs, as well as product information, development milestones, and other info about goings-on at PoliTraQ.
First, I would be remiss if I didn't take a moment to acknowledge the passing of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II. The role and responsibilities of the monarch are deeply intertwined in much of what we do as practitioners, and the impact Her Majesty's lengthy rein - and the stability it implied - cannot be overlooked.
Since our last blog article, PoliTraQ has undergone a number of changes - both publicly and behind the scenes. Our team has worked tirelessly to support the onboarding of new customers and the continued stability of the platform.
Many of these changes have taken place behind the scenes - such as the rebuild of our primary server, to implement a new query layer - with an eye on improving user experience.
Other changes have been more visible - such as our recent dashboard redesign.
In recent months, our team has:
1) Added dozens of new features - including email integration, briefing note generation, improved document/report generation, and expanded legislative and policy monitoring.
2) Entered into a partnership with Delphic Research - supporting product development and market expansion, while setting the stage for deeper integration of Delphic insights into the PoliTraQ platform.
3) Expanded key phrase tracking and Hansard monitoring for the Ontario Legislative Assembly, with more provincial legislatures set to come online this fall.
4) Raised funding to support the platform's continued growth and development.
and more.
In the days and weeks ahead, we look forward to rolling out a number of new features and tools, while also bringing the PoliTraQ Daily Round-up to a wider audience. Stay tuned for more!
